Based on a manga by Tarajiro Kishi, these 16 vignettes of seven minutes each have a single theme - teenage boys and grown men making idiots of themselves to stare up girls' skirts and down their blouses. There is the two horny college slackers and a beautiful professor. A frustrated TV reporter. A sexy track star and her tempted coach. And a high school girlzilla that's the size of the Empire State building. The results of all this voyeurism is a veritable epidemic of nosebleeds.
